About Brooke
Brooke grew up in a small mountain town in Utah, USA. She loved her wild and free childhood, but craved the sea. She moved to Hawai'i where she pursued a fine art degree from the University of Hawai'i, and clocked a lot of time on and under the Pacific Ocean for free-diving and surfing.
After half a decade in the Hawaiian Islands, Brooke moved to Bali Indonesia in search of waves and more adventure. This is where she created her very first jewelry designs and launched her first brand- Xanthe Fine Jewelry. Bali taught Brooke how to blend her art experience with her life experience, and her small pocket of the world slowly began to fall in love with her jewelry designs.
Fast forward to today; Brooke has spent the last 12 years on a beach somewhere in the world- From Hawai'i to Asia to the Mediterranean- but right now she calls the East Coast of Australia home. (With still-frequent trips back to Bali, of course 😉) All this time with oceans across the world is what urged her to blend her world of jewelry with her passion for the water, and that's where SABELFISH was born.
Brooke's dream for SABELFISH is to be a physical manifestation of the adventure in your life. Jewelry that moves with you through life's many journeys... Because she needed it to move with hers too.
